They did an excellent job getting our aging van up to shape for a long road trip - recharging ac, finding damaged hose, plugging slow tire leak, getting pressures and fluids topped off, and even putting on new wiper blades, all quickly and at very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service!

I highly recommend PA Tire and Auto of Aston. They have a great crew that is always reliable and offers great prices. Shortly after dropping off my car overnight, I ended up injuring my back. The owner went above and beyond by offering to have his crew deliver my car to my home. That’s the kind of service you can expect from PA Tire and Auto of Aston A+++.

I thought all was great when I had the work done. But, they lost my wheel lock - and to be fair, they did call me within a week of me losing it - but they didn’t put it in a safe spot and now they cannot locate it. So now I’m out 70$ for a wheel lock that I didn’t lose, I’ve left multiple voicemails that weren’t returned and I’ve driven to this location 30 mins away from my house 2x now only to not get my wheel lock nor compensation for my lost piece. Not thrilled with this service, communication. In my years of owning a car and having it serviced this is the only time I’ve ever had a part lost or stolen.

They are always courteous and friendly. Found a nail in my tire and they were able to take me right in. Appreciated that immensely as I did not want to cause more damage to the tire! Thanks!

I’m sad I have to write this review because before this interaction with Hauss I was completely pleased with this location. I called yesterday to make an appointment in which I never received a phone call back. I decided to call again and schedule an appointment as they said they are three weeks behind. He goes on about not wanting to do Groupons and that he is losing money, however they are offered on the app and it at one time brought business to this location as it’s the one that not to long ago opened up. He states to me he doesn’t want to do them anymore, but the GM wants them done. How is that my issue? I’m a customer. The general manager Matt is great and I’ve had a previous issue where he fixed the problem and made it right. Hauss’s demeanor seems rude and off putting and he was rushing me off the phone saying he has a customer waiting and he doesn’t have the time to talk about my concern. I would like Matt to get a hold of me again. Professional attitudes are a must now a days. It takes two seconds to be nice and not take their frustration out on me for having to do the deals he explained. I don’t appreciate it and this makes me think twice whether I would chose those location over and over as I planned. One apple can ruin the whole bunch.
