I trusted this business to repair my car for a state inspection, coolant replacement, brakes and rotors, and to fix an engine leak. Instead, the shop performed an oil change without my consent simply because they “didn’t like the color of the oil,” even though I had just gotten it changed at Valvoline. They also replaced my water pump without notifying me or obtaining my approval, and I was never shown proof that the replacement was necessary. After supposedly completing the work, I had to bring the car back because my oil levels were dangerously low—the mechanic had not put in the recommended amount of oil. Believing my engine leak had finally been fixed, I drove my car again, only for it to stall out because the oil drained completely. Despite paying this shop $3,000, my car was never properly repaired. The original engine leak I brought it in for was ignored, yet the vehicle still passed state inspection here. Because the leak worsened, I am now facing the cost of a full engine replacement, which I cannot afford. Due to this shop’s negligence and lack of transparency, my car is no longer drivable. I have been forced to surrender it back to my loan company because I cannot afford further repairs. This experience has caused me significant financial and personal hardship, and I strongly caution others against trusting this business with their vehicle.

I had put off getting my car fixed since I was new to the area but a friend recommended this place and I am so thankful! My car has never sounded better and I honestly have never had a nicer experience when it comes to car troubles. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable! Will definitely come back for any future issues.

Paid or 3500 to get my car fixed he did absolutely nothing don’t go here ppl scam scam scam never again left oil spots all over my car car still smells like gas no apology no money back didn’t even try to fix it horrible Business I recommend do not go here ever they will rob you and act like nothing happened
