I recently stopped in for new tires and was very pleased the quick and personal service. I waited for my car and had a nice conversation with John, the owner which made the time go by even quicker. Very nice guy, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Barrett was also very helpful checking out my tires and giving me recommendations on new ones that met my needs. I will definitely be back!

I went today to check why the car isn't turning on knowing that Napa told me there is no issue with the battery. They checked the battery and said it must be replaced and the cost of the new battery Napa is 141$. So I agreed I paid my bill with 30$ labor charge. I went to the Napa shop to verify the price of the battery since it's only 5 min away. it turned out the battery cost is 114$. So I went back to the shop asking why they charged me 141 $ for a battery that cost 114$. they said that the deal is with them they don't care what other shop charges. Anyway they lost a customer today but I am writing this post to make others aware that the cost of parts at the garage is higher than the actual price. So it's better to buy the parts by yourselves.

Bought online tires and used Big G to have the tires delievered (free delivery to recomenended installer). Their advertised price for installation was $100, which included new valve stems for $8. Tires arrived quickly, but no call from Big G. I waited a day and then called them and set up a drop off appointment. Dropped the car off before they opened and went to pick up the car after work. When I went to pay, the bill was $127 for cash or debit or $132 for credit. I asked why the difference and he said that there are shop fees and disposal fees and that too bad if I don't like it. Very unprofessional. I paid my bill and left politely. Called the online tire store and they refunded the difference. They told me sorry and it should of never happened. To be fair the installation of the tires was fine. Buyer beware. If you decide to go there get the prices in writing. I feel they are untrustworthy.

Terrible service. Told me that I failed my state inspection for brakes and a broken strut. Had someone else look at it and they confirmed brakes are like new and nothing is broken. Of course they didn’t provide the paperwork showing brake measurements. Good news, just passed emissions and inspection at a different place!
