Who ever gives this place a good review is paid or has to be related. (serious incident involving staff members of your business) After retrieving my vehicle, I was treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner by a female employee. Following this interaction, a male employee contacted my personal phone number without my consent. During this call, he made explicit threats, including stating that he would locate my residence and shoot me. He also threatened to contact Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), despite the fact that I am a legal immigrant. These statements constitute credible threats of violence and harassment and caused significant distress. This conduct was entirely inappropriate, unlawful, and unacceptable in any professional setting. The timing of these threats suggests they were made in retaliation after I declined to pay additional charges that I believed were unjustified. There was a police report documenting this incident due to the severity of the threats and the misuse of my personal information. To the guy that called threatening: you don't harm anyone except your business. Instead of taking the time to THREATEN your customers, please take the time to EDUCATE your female employees.

The inspection was terribly done. He misread the mileage on my Mercedes-Benz’s odometer (it was in kilometers, but my car clearly shows that it is in KM, not miles) and reported it to CARFAX. Now I see MILEAGE INCONSISTENCY on my CARFAX report. I emailed with CARFAX but they cannot fix the mileage. Now my Mercedes-Benz has to live with an incorrectly reported mileage until it dies in the future.
