Google Reviews Speedy Oil Change Marshall Road Unskilled mechanics! Even though I told them to put Mobil 5W-30 full synthetic oil in my car, they put a NO NAME engine oil that I had never heard of. Not to mention, they overfilled the engine oil. My car takes 5.4qt, but they put 6qt. Clearly, they don’t know how much oil this car particularly takes. The worst part is that while lifting the car, they damaged my car. When I confronted them, they became extremely aggressive! They don’t even know how to jack up the car. I had to call the police to sort this out. They might be cheap, but they are cheap for a reason. Don’t go there if you don’t want to get your car damaged and rude behavior in return.

I want to change the engine oil. Worker said okay . When he lift the vehicle Lincoln navigator. He doesn't not know how many quarters oil used for this vehicle. I am surprised that he is a technician and dosenot know how many quarters oil 🛢 need for this. Then I asked did you open the oil filter, he said he didn't know how to open and where is the oil filter. I don't know he put the right oil or not and they charge $35 labor. But I always pay $25 labor for change oil. Should I sue then or not
