Ran over a massive screw in the highway. These guys had me fixed up and back on the road in 10 minutes. I own a service company so this was a huge deal, could’ve cost me thousands being down far from home base. They also have a lot of tires available, if you go anywhere else, you chose wrong.
View on GoogleAwesome service. Took my truck in for a verity of issues. Got the truck back in a day, they did great work and the cost was in line of what I was expecting. The service desk guy didn’t rush me and listened to what I wanted and provided recommendations for future issues. I suggest to make an appointment, there busy cause their good. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleThese guys were awesome! I wanted some work done on my truck and needed inspection and an oil change. Stopped by Friday at 5 picked out the parts, dropped off Monday morning and picked up same day! It was a lot of work too! Everyone was friendly, the shop is organized and professional and they made my truck look exactly the way I wanted it to and it runs perfectly!

View on GoogleAnyone have recommendations for a shop I can trust going forward? I use to trust this place, but not after today . I’ve been coming here for five years and won’t be returning. Before having my car towed in, I called and asked if they had tires in stock for my vehicle. The person on the phone had me read off my tire size, which gave me confidence everything would be fine. Once I arrived, I was told the tires wouldn’t be available until the next day. I was left without my car and ended up missing days of work as a result. While I was there, I also decided to get my inspection done. I explained up front that my power steering was broken and why, information that Pep Boys in Wilmington had already confirmed. Despite that, they charged me nearly $200 for an inspection that told me exactly what I had already explained to them. Not too mad, just upset that this isn’t the place I can trust anymore UPDATE: got my car back, they put on the wrong tires. As long as the size is the same I guess but not the brand we talked about so they would all still match. They couldn’t even be sympathetic, just told me it is what it is in so many words. Any reply at this point would be too late
