They are the absolute best! They are so friendly and welcoming. They always take care of me in a pinch. One time, I needed oil bad! My car was shaking and cutting off, so I took it there, they checked my oil and filled it up with a few quarts of oil to get me to my appointment at the dealer in a few days. If I ever need anything, I take it there. They’re fast, efficient and get it done without the dealers price tag. Very affordable and car always runs like new! They have performed multiple services for me and are always honest with good advise. They will get you right every time.

Great experience with Autos-R-Us! They were recommended to my brother several years back, and he had a good experience with a car purchase from them. I bought a car from them this year. The car was over 15 years old but still in good condition, and he made several upkeep repairs on it before I bought it (no extra charge). The price of the vehicle was very reasonable and within the Kelley Blue Book value range. Eric was professional and on the level with us during the whole shopping process. They don’t have a huge car selection, but I definitely recommend them for the cars they sell! (Just a heads up, they don’t do payment plans for car purchases, so be prepared to pay the full price up front).

My truck broke down in Penn Hills, which is 30 mins away from where I live. The next morning I stopped at Autos-R-Us and asked if they'd look at it for me. They recommended a tow company to me and after I called, he showed up in 20 mins. The truck was dropped off & I headed home. Just as I was pulling in, they called me with the problem and a quote on repairs. That was fast and it wasn't as much as I thought it would be for a broken control arm and bad ball joint. They fixed it the following day and I picked it up the following afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication. I would drive the 30 minutes anytime if I have any other issues.
