This place has great deals monthly and I’m especially pleased with the weather ready 2 tires I purchased. Great in the snow and rain, best traction I’ve ever had. Good customer service as well.

Emergency work was needed. I only used this particular location because they were my ONLY option. 2 stars for my car being drivable and the kind receptionist that day (who took the time to explain issuess of the car, what the mechanic wanted to work on and pricing). The mechanic customer service HORRIBLE; STRAIGHT UP RUDE! Needless to say, the machanic, damaged to my driver side rim (and of course said nothing). I particularly like how I was told I needed to purchase two tires, an alignment, work done on the axel, and a replacement piece...but when finished NEVER mention about additional work needed which would had made the car SAFE not just drivable. HE ONLY MADE THE CAR DRIVABLE. So why threaten me to not work on my car if I did not get the tires for safety reasons only to allow my car to leave your shop unsafe just drivable. When I took it to my primary mechanic who told me again he may have fixed the primary issue to make it drivable but this is not safe. I continue to feel like this was an OVERPRICED, SCAM job regardless of the work done! JUST A WARNING-----DO NOT GO HERE!

I have never had a bad experience at Goodyear. The team is always very pleasant and accommodating. Linda, Chris and Tom are great and straight forward with explaining what work is needed and getting it done quickly. I appreciate all they do for me !!

Garbage Shop. Carmax sent me here to have my AC charged. When I get my keys back they tell me I need a new evaporator and thats something they can'r do (in other words the whole AC needs to be fixed) Heres the big issue; they charged the AC without first checking for leaks, second issue after turning on my car I hear this hissing, go back inside to ask why it's hissing guy tells me that hissing is the refrigerant leaking out, I ask if it's safe to drive, his response is "no", I ask him to pump it out, he says pay me. Luckily I'm not dead and only have a slight headache. But really Garbage humans!

The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what my car needed. They recommended a few important services and repairs, and after getting them done, my car drives so much better! It feels smoother and more responsive now. I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
