I am always pleased with the communication I receive from Telford Auto Repair. They are always calling, texting or emailing when services are needed and before any repairs are made. They are friendly and explain all jobs very clearly. They are efficient and are great at getting my cars back on the road. It’s nice to not have to take the cars to the dealership and to know that I am supporting a local, small business that just does the job right.

The main reason I take my car here, is because I trust their work and they also back up their work. They always contact me the next day and ask me how things are going with my car. I like that. They always give me an estimate before they start the work and as far as affordability they are in line with pretty much everything else.

This is the second time Telford Auto Repair & Tire has helped us out. Saw us same day and helped with a tire issue. They are very trustworthy and it’s great to have a shop like this so close in town.

Recently took my truck here for service for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation m, and overall it was a great experience. They were professional, efficient, communicated with me, and took good care of my truck. I also thought the pricing was competitive. Based on my first visit, I’d recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.
