View on GoogleThere is a large stock of all kinds of motorcycles and scooters. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Customer service is excellent. We really enjoyed our experience purchasing a bike from them. The cycle was also delivered to us. It was extremely affordable. We will definitely give them more business in the future. They also have a wide variety of gear too. We purchased helmets and jackets. The sales lady was extremely knowledgeable about all the bike gear available.
View on GooglePreOrdered (2) 2021 waverunners in October 2020. Was the 1st 2 of 3 of this specific model on the dealer inventory list. The salesman even showed us his pre-order listings on the computer and we were the only order for our model. Skip to March 30th, Only received 1 ski even though the dealer was selling the exact model online and had it in inventory next to our 1st ski in the garage. **Conveniently the online inventory was changed by the time we got home that day and the ski listed was gone from the site. Basically pushed into taking a different model (that by sheer luck a deposit had just been canceled on OR so we were told) instead of what we wanted due to not getting what we ordered and no clear indication we would ever get it as promised. Our Salesman also waited on 5 other people walking into the showroom while we were trying to calculate and finalize our deal. Kept walking away. Very Unprofessional. Very pushy about demand & had the attitude that if we didn't buy someone else would no problem. Then at pick up every question I had was told to just Google it. No walk thru on how to operate or maintain. Couldn't give an estimate on the required 10 hour service maintenance. 1 ski wasnt even on the trailer correctly & had to be corrected at our request. Got the skis home and neither one would turn on... after investigating thoroughly turns out neither wiring was hooked up to actually turn on the audio or intel screen on either ski. This should have been part of the dealer prep fee we paid for or at the very least explained by the salesman what we'd need to do to even see if they work. Hopefully everything does work once we figure out how to hook it all up by "googling" directions! For spending over $30K at this location a little more professionalism & attention to detail was expected & deserved. I should have been able to leave there and go directly to the water with the skis. This is obviously not what happened. Will not be using this dealer in the future if it can be avoided & would not reccomend due to poor handling of the entire process.
