Carlos is one of the most trustworthy and helpful mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. He’s helped me out with everything from regular tune-ups to surprise repairs, and he always does a great job. He’s honest, doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need, and really cares about his customers. It’s hard to find someone you can count on like Carlos. I highly recommend him!

Wonderful and quick work!! I brought in an older car a 2002 Lexus and got an inspection. Carlos noticed I needed my tires balanced because after going 60mph on the highway the car’s steering wheel started to tremble. Again he made quick work of diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was done by Tuesday 5pm. I picked it up on Wednesday morning. Thanks again Carlos!! (:

They are liars and will take advantage of you. They told me I needed new front axels for my car to pass inspection. I went down the road to buy the parts and had to leave my car there overnight for them to do it. Yeah, that was so I couldn’t see what they were doing to my car. So when I picked up my car from Quick Quick, it had three huge scratches running horizontally on the sides of my car. An employee did that since their back lot is fenced. Next they told me all of my spark plugs needed to be replaced, even though only one was bad. They said that the broken one was behind the engine and it takes 5 hours to get to it. That was a huge lie. The bad spark plug was right in front and I was able to change it myself. I found out by borrowing my neighbor’s code reader that they lied. They were going to charge me $500 for labor and $400 for new spark plugs. Fast forward to my next inspection at a new place and they tell me my front axel is about to snap. They said the right side axel is new but the left one was old. In other words, Quick Quick stole my new part and didn’t use it to fix my car! I asked the guy numerous times if my wheel was still vibrating and he shrugged and said he didn’t know. When I got in my car to go home, it was messed up big time. Now my wheel made a high-pitched noise constantly and vibrated even worse. I contacted them. No reply. I contacted them again, to let them know how I felt about their scam. No reply. Whenever I questioned anything, they told me to go ahead and check with someone else, but make sure they don’t take advantage of you, because we are the trustworthy ones. They also didn’t give me receipts and I was told to pay cash. When I left their business, my car was really messed up. They caused permanent damage, they lied about everything, and took as much of my money as they could. Do Not Go Here!

I have been coming to this shop since they were over in Harrisburg. They are absolutely amazing. Always fair. Explains everything to you. Never pushes unnecessary repairs. They are honest and reliable. Extremely trustworthy. They are the only mechanics I trust. My entire family comes to him for everything. I am so happy my son recommended them to me.
