First time at Manny’s. They responded to my email inquiry in minutes. That’s why I went. He beats the other shops by his electronic presence and accessibility alone. He greeted me when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. I took it in for an A/C check and he found other issues (all legitimate!) that I knew about but had not indicated to him. Proof that he looked at my car holistically. The appointment scheduling system includes email, text, and website with pictures. He also has a LinkedIn profile. Unheard of. The estimate process is all electronic via email DocuSign style and 21st century and as easy as Amazon to accept or reject repairs - not the guy you have to call and haggle with over the phone! High end car service experience over 30 years with Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Land Rovers. Friendly and bright. And the price was reasonable, and fair and service was quick, accurate, and clean.

I bought a used Honda Civic in Philly and planned to drive it home to Florida after a trip to visit my parents. About a hour into the drive back the car went into limp mode, he assessed the issue and fixed it, good to go in a few hours. Made it back to Florida after the 20 hour drive tonight and it ran perfectly, just wanted to express how awesome my experience was with him especially traveling with my small family. View on GoogleI heard about Manny’s Automotive Repair through the Lower Merion Community Facebook page where I asked if anyone knew of a Saab mechanic in the area: someone suggested I talk to Manny who’s a great mechanic and has experience with Saab, Volvo and other European vehicles. In January I went to get a State Inspection at a local garage and I was told that I needed to replace five suspension parts but, when I took the car to Manny, he found nothing wrong with these parts so he was able to complete the State Inspection. However, he did find a leak in the coolant piping system which was near failure; it would have been catastrophic if it had failed. At the same time, he also replaced the thermostat and coolant sensor as well as replacing the hatch struts which is not an easy job. His communication with what was involved in parts and labor was very clear and succinct. He and his staff were great to deal with and I highly recommend him, especially if you have a Saab!
