Typically don’t do reviews. Called them with a brake issue in my wife’s car. They were able to fit me in 2 days later due to safety concerns that were raised by the staff. They also inspected and changed the oil while it was there so I wouldn’t have to bring it back the next month and be with out a car. They were extremely helpful and showed concern for my family’s safety. Then a few days later they reached out to make sure everything was working properly with the new brakes. That was an unexpected surprise for me and was greatly appreciated. Most businesses do not do things like that anymore. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my auto repair needs. Thanks for the great service

Took my ford in under my silver rock warranty and they where on top of everything getting the claim started and got me a whole new transmission in and fixed the problem! Sean was really nice and the front desk lady was always helpful over the phone, if u live in the area 10/10 recommend getting ur cars repairs here!

The receptionist and business in general is a joke. Ignorant. Zero help and they outright lie to you about the time to get into the shop. I was told they were 2 weeks out and it’s at the 2 month point. I wanted to use them and gave them every shot to be transparent with me about wait times etc but they were not. I’m thankful because this is only an indication of what the rest of the process would have been if I’ve used their shop. I am without a truck still and they wasted 2+ months of my time. They might not take their business seriously but I’m serious about my time and honesty. I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. The receptionist is truly a bad hire. And George wasn’t true to his word.
