We took a 3,000-mile road trip back to California without any problems, and Source Auto had thoroughly inspected the vehicle to ensure everything was in perfect condition. This company told me they would be there at a certain time to tow my vehicle. When they arrived at that time they already had a vehicle on the back of the truck. They said they needed my key so they could deal with my vehicle later. I had to pick up my kid as I previously explained to them so I had no choice but to comply. This was honestly not that big of a deal to me and the kid who was picking up my vehicle was very nice. When I arrived home my vehicle was parked across the street and the opposing direction of traffic which was sure to get me a ticket. When I called them and said they illegally parked my vehicle they said well I better start pushing. This was illegal and they are legally responsible. If I get a ticket I will surely be taking them to civil court. They refuse to do anything about it. I called the police and they assured me that I should be okay as long as I remove the vehicle quickly but ultimately the tow company will be responsible if I take them to court. This was extremely unprofessional and they need to learn the laws

We decided to try Source One and worked with George. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the part, and repaired it. The car has been driven for a week with no issues. Going forward Source One will be our go to for car repairs!

Bought a car here and from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle George and Melanie were so nice and helped make the process very smooth. I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. I am very happy with the whole experience and I got lots of love from their two adorable dogs while waiting for all the paperwork. It was very fast as everything was already signed and completed before I even got there. Definitely a great place and I will recommend this place to family and friends I have in the area.
