As always I'm completely happy with the service and price. I recommend this shop to friends and family all the time. I know when I take any of our four vehicles here it's done right and at a very fair price. Last minute I had to call in for an inspection and they literally got me in right away. THANK YOU!!!

I brought my car to this auto shop because my AC compressor had jammed. They replaced the compressor, and I paid $1,700 for the repair. However, when I picked up the vehicle and drove the three hours back home, I realized the AC still was not working at all. I immediately called and texted the shop multiple times to let them know the issue had not been fixed, but I never received a response. Living three hours away, it’s not like I can simply stop by the shop to show them the problem in person. I relied on them to stand behind their work and communicate with me, but they completely ignored my attempts to contact them. It’s extremely frustrating to spend $1,700 on a repair only to have the same problem remain unresolved and then be unable to get any response from the shop.

It has been an excellent experience to have Ken and Sons work on my vehicles. They are professional and treat customers with respect. I can see the integrity of their business in the way that they take responsibility for their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
