CARSTAR Fred Beans of Abington

My Acura was stolen in March. I got it back the same night though. I took it to CarStar to repair the internal and cosmetic damage. They are amazing. The staff is very personable. Especially, John. It’s not fake either. The courteousness doesn’t come off as forced just because they are in customer service and need to be nice. It’s genuine. You don’t expect this type of above and beyond customer service at a collision center, BUT, I got it.M. I had a great experience with Fred Bean’s CarStar of Abington . Lisa at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and made everything easy from the start. John, the manager, kept me consistently updated and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. I was genuinely surprised to learn he isn’t the owner—he takes such pride in his work and treats customers as if the business were his own. That level of dedication is rare. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares.

John was a great help! At the last minute I was able to get my car in an emergency.. he stayed after hours to help me out. 10/10 customer service, and my car drives better than it ever did before!

We had recently purchased a new car that was stolen less than three weeks later because new Honda CRVs are very easy to steal. The car was recovered a few days later with the electrical system ruined to avoid detection. Honda was less than helpful about this known issue, our insurance adjuster was slow in responding and getting the car where it needed to go for repairs and it wasn’t until we got to this repair service that our situation not only improved but we felt for the first time that we were in capable and trust worthy hands.
