Years ago I took my Saturn Vue there for a new transmission. He gave me a price for a new or rebuilt one. I decided to trade it in . He advertised free estimates. When he realized I was having it towed to a dealership to trade it in, he would not let the car go till I paid him $250.00 stating his wife spent time calling around for used transmissions. My credit card refunded me and took it back from him. Very dishonest.He did no work on my car, no turning of any bolts anywhere.

When it comes to transmissions, Andersons is a specialist. If you want your vehicle fixed right, call Eric. His work is superior to dealerships and for a complete rebuild, he offers a better warranty than they do too.

Anderson Transmission Service has been working on my vehicles for about twenty years. He has always offered excellent services. I’ve had vehicles in for minor repairs and others in for full custom builds. From my daily driver to my race car he has been able to handle it all. This is a shop that will do it right the first time. I highly recommend this shop. Great local business where you deal with the owner who is actually performing the work.

Brought my Mustang here to get a transmission rebuild. When I picked it up I noticed there was a problem with the downshift from overdrive to 3rd. Took it back, Eric said to drive it. The next summer I took it back for the problem and he adjusted the TV pressure after I put in a new engine and a small stall converter. Problem still persisted. I took it back one final time a couple months before his warranty was out. After sitting for 10 days I went up and he started telling me it could be a problem I caused by changing the converter or drove it a short distance to his shop with the TV adjustment out: the problem I had the day I picked it up was now possibly my fault? I took it to another shop who fixed it first time. I had to get a valve body because they didn't want to get into it after Anderson's put in a shift kit. All shifts are perfect now.

3 weeks my car sat there and nothing was done. No calls were made to me as promised for any sort of updates or in this case non-updates. Phone etiquette was poor. Customer service was a joke, I went without a car for close to a month and he made no attempt at fixing it. Waste of time waste of money. Would give 0 stars if possible.
