My wife took our vehicle in for a pre-trip look over and an oil change. Imagine my surprise to get messages from my wife that there were stickers on my paint and wheels that weren’t there before. I’m all for jokes, but this is too far, particularly on paint. Then, while on vacation, find a bell zip tied to rear frame on passenger side. Not to mention “rectal use only” stickers my 8 year old kid could inquire about. Fun times and a great start to our vacation. No response from the store (I’ve waited to post this), I did get some response from district and apology from owner. I removed myself with minimal damage.

Saturday morning had a flat on my tractor. Brought the tire and asked if they could fix it. They promised me 30 min and delivered in 20! That’s the kind of customer service I can get used to! Thanks for having the stock and ability. Worth the stop!

I didn't like the price I paid for the brakes and rotors that isn't what I was quoted. I was quoted $160.00 plus inspection. I even provided the brakes and rotors. They you added something I was not aware of when I paid the bill. I seen the bill and about had a heart attack. There was an additional $199.00 added to the bill. I feel I am entitled to get the money put back on my card for no one telling me there would be an additional $199.00 added to the bill. I probably won't see the money again I probably ate that bill. How do you people sleep at night knowing I paid $199.00 I never knew about? I been coming to you now for a couple years now. Because my mechanic I had in Potters Mills I is to far away. Now I am going to question things more thoroughly when I call for a quote and have them print it off before I get there. You might thing I am some random guy trying to put the screws to your business but I am not tha guy I being honest. You about lost a customer. Trust me I will post this on the internet. If you don't make things right. I will give you a week to respond.

Peter and his team took fantastic care of me after an unexpected tire blowout on my road trip. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they had me back on my way in no time. Can’t say enough great things. Highly recommend!!

I called the Mansfield store to schedule and alignment and when I showed up and waited for 15 minutes before the guy finally helped me he told me that there was no record of my appointment. He tells me that they will do it that afternoon. I later get a call that they can’t do it that afternoon. I have had other issues with this store in the past when they wouldn’t warranty tires that went bad very quickly.
