I didn’t buy my Subaru here, but they have serviced it for the last 6 years and I have found them to be nothing but helpful, professional and fair. They have a no appointment express service lane for oil change and tire rotation that should have you in and out in about an hour.

Brought my 26 impreza in for rodent damage, the car was 2 months old. The had it repaired in 4 hours like new. Great service. Great service adviser

The whole experience was great. Jimmy went out of his way to keep us informed about what was happening and where we were in the process. There was no pressure to buy. It didn't take long considering how busy they were on a holiday. The facility was spotless roomy and plenty of customer parking. There was a large variety of vehicles to look at and pick from. We will be returning shortly for another Subaru!! This is a dealership you can trust. Obviously they need to make money but they get it from repeat customers not from taking advantage of a one time sell. They are there for you!!

After visiting two other places in search of a used car and almost giving up, I decided to stop by Subaru #1 Cochran in Butler and I’m SO HAPPY I DID. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like family here, there was no “runaround” or bull****, they were straight to the point and made buying a car super easy and comfortable. I ended up with the PERFECT car thanks to car salesman Kyle Texter. He’s honest, LISTENS to your wants/needs, and is very respectful. Very glad he ended up being my salesman because most salesman that I meet aren’t honest towards women that come in to buy a car by themselves. And I wish I can remember the name of the man who did the financing because he was GREAT also and we had great conversation. Thank you all again! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends. :)
