We recently moved to Red Lion and were looking for a new, trustworthy mechanic. After seeing so many positive reviews, we decided to give this shop a try—and we’re really glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They got us in quickly, were extremely professional, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was the detailed inspection report they sent via text—it clearly outlined everything they checked and made it easy to understand what was going on with the car. When they called to let us know the car was ready, they were friendly, transparent about pricing, and took the time to answer any questions we had. It’s not always easy to find a shop you feel comfortable trusting, but this place exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be returning and feel like we’ve found our new go-to mechanic.

My friend HIGHLY recommneded York Tire & Auto Services for my inspection, and she was absolutely right!. Emily and the entire staff are extremely professional. My Volvo XC 90 was thoroughly checked and fixed for quite a reasonable price. The place is very clean, with a nice small TV and coffee area. I was able to seat there and get some work done on my laptop while waiting on my vehicle. Oh, Emily even called me back and recommended someone for my husband's windshield which they can't fix. That speaks volume of how the level of professionalism they exhibit towards their customers.

Let me start by saying this is the best auto shop I have personally used in my life. I use them for inspections as well as general vehicle services/ problems a few times. Everything they told me regarding service to my vehicle was genuine and honest. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and the personnel/secretary/owner (I think), in the office is very costumer friendly and professional. They were understanding to my situation and the owners treated me like a human being and not like a number in their bank account. They offered to help me in ways they were not at all obligated to. Also, it is somewhat difficult to find shops that work on VW and they have solved issues for me multiple times now. You can’t really ask for more. I would recommend highly York Tire and Auto to anyone looking for service

I had a sizable nail puncture my rear passenger tire on the way to work. When I came out from work, the tire was flat. I pumped the tire up at Rutter's and stopped at York Tire and Auto on the way home from work. They were able to schedule me first thing the following morning and got a patch on the tire within 30 minutes. Quick and professional. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Best place to take your car, highly recommend. They are very thorough and reasonable with their pricing. Things are always done timely and I never had issues with their service. Emily is great with answering all my questions.
