Easy online scheduling, sent confirmation over text and even sent pictures of the new shop and address. Staff were all friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. Car was done quickly. Windshield washer fluid was topped off and front mats vacuumed on top of my oil change without me mentioning it! Brake job was professionally taken care of and accurately priced. 100% recommend and will be scheduling my inspection soon!

I had an excellent experience with E&J Automotive. Justin and Cat provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were honest, professional, and extremely courteous, taking the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done without any pressure or upselling. When I brought my vehicle in, it was in rough shape and I was honestly concerned about the extent of the repairs needed. Justin and his team went above and beyond, and by the time they were finished, my car was running like it was brand new again. The attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. It’s rare these days to find a shop that combines technical skill with genuine integrity and customer care, but this team delivers on all fronts. They were transparent, efficient, and truly treated my car as if it were their own. Without question, this is one of the best automotive businesses I’ve worked with. These guys are tremendous. I took my car (Audi) to a dealer who told me I needed a new fuel pump $$$. Erin and her team were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue properly. It was merely an issue with a relay. They worked on my car right away and addressed several other issues for me at the same time, quickly and competently, with prompt communication. Fair pricing too. Don't waste your time and money at the dealer or other shops and constantly needing to follow up with them. I never called E & J for an update. They called me with timely updates and letting me know about their findings and next steps. E & J are on point. Far and away the best experience at an auto repair shop I have ever had.

When I learned that Bob was retiring from his shop and closing it, like 99% of his longtime customers, I panicked, literally. Automotive shops are a dime a dozen and on every corner in Delco. I felt so lost because of the family and trust that was at Ramsey's, which Bob fostered for decades. I never had to question anything from Bob. So afterward, after having a not so good experience with a replacement shop, I learned that Erin and the team from Ramsey's had opened their own shop! I was beyond thrilled to hear this when I had an emergency with my car not working. I called the shop and was so fortunate to speak with Erin. She was so calm and talked me through things and what the next steps should be. She made me feel like everything was going to be okay and she'll take care of everything. Following her instructions, within 24 hours my car was completely repaired of the various things it needed. She and Cat were so patient with explaining every single detail, as if I were in an automotive class, which I so appreciated because many times auto techs barely give the customer the time of day. I found my auto repair family again and I'm so thrilled!! You will be so happy with your service at E&J! I know this is a long review and I could go on and on 😊. Thank you Erin and thank you Cat!

It's hard to be capped at only 5 stars for my review as I was blown away by my experience. E&J provided superior guest service when I needed an emergency job done on my vehicle. They were super friendly, communicative, timely, professional and most importantly, their work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to anybody. Great local neighborhood business with even better owners/staff. This should be your go to shop for any job big or small!
