Kimmels is both very professional and ethical in their business transactions. I had received a direction to make major repairs to the vehicle by another company and Kimmels reviewed and found no issues. Turns out I was being misled. That keeps me as a customer. The inspection work they just did was excellent, time efficient and reasonably priced. I will be back.

My only gripe recently is that I was not notified of a hefty charge for using my bank card over the phone, where I could have certainly used cash easily. Maybe that's a new thing but people should be told ahead of time.

They clearly explained my issues with my vehicles, aren’t ever pushy about anything, and when they fix my cars they do it right the first time I have never had to go back about the same issue multiple times. They know what they are doing, I have trusted them with 3 vehicles all different brands and they have always done great!
