I've had multiple vehicles serviced at CJ Tires (e.g. - new tires, alignments, inspections, etc.). I've never had a poor service. My CRV was inspected and oil changed in Sept 2025. I rarely drive the vehicle, and decided to change the oil myself on a Sunday afternoon. When I put the vehicle on the ramps, I noticed that all 6 of the aluminum quarter turn fasteners were missing. Not 1, or 2, all 6. I went to AutoZone to get replacements ($19). I went to CJs the day after (Monday) to tell them what had occurred. I was told that the Manager is out till Wednesday. No one called me. I called today and was told that it was really "Sticking in the managers craw that I went 6 months without telling them about the missing hardware." Of course, I'm sure all of you out in the world would crawl under your car to check for such things. I was informed that they didn't have those fasteners (just the push pin types, which would not fit into the t shaped slots anyway). Everybody makes mistakes. I'm a honest person. I wouldn't have even bothered going back if it was just 1 or 2 missing. I wasn't asking for cash back. I just wanted full credit on my next service. They told me $10 is all they would do. This is penny wise dollar stupid. I've spent several thousand dollars with CJs over the years to be treated this way. I've had good service in the past. A mistake was made. They didn't stand by making that mistake right. Yes, it is only $9. Not the point. They didn't call me back from my original visit and spoke to me like it was my fault because I chose to fix the issue while it was still on the ramps. Like I said, I've had good service in the past. This was a poor interaction on their part. They've lost more money in future work than the $9 they should have credited me for my troubles.

Alex and Charlie made the visit easy to get in and out of quickly despite being short handed. They took the time to expedite and take good care of my vehicle’s tire installation faster than anticipated. They were even honest about not needing to get the alignment complete this time because my vehicle fell into the spec parameters. I would definitely recommend this location as a dependable tire installer. They offer affordable options too, which is nice on the wallet.

Just got four new tires installed on my 2022 Subaru Outback. First time coming here and I am extremely satisfied with the service. They were extremely nice professional and did a great job. The front end people went out of their way to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied. Highly recommend coming here for tires. Definitely a customer for life.

Well this time … my experience was not the same as last time:Very professional, courteous and totally not what I received from the last shop I was at! I will definitely be a repeat customer here. Very impressed. This time I made an appointment, was told it’s first come first served so I got there at 8:05. Was told there’s one car shod ne but they’d get to me as soon as they could. Ok. An oil change shouldn’t take that long so I walked to the market, shopped, walked back. My car was inside. Great. Almost TWO hours later they finally came to try to sell me on additional services. Now, had they taken the expected half hour for an oil change, maybe I’d have considered it but … I had to leave. I had other appointments scheduled. Then when I reminded him about the senior citizen discount he seemed to not remember until I showed him the website so he deducted $5.00. I was not at all pleased with the comment “ we got slammed this morning “ so what … that means you don’t take care of me? The customer that was there first? The customer that also called and scheduled an appointment? Why was I not considered important enough to have my vehicle completed in a timely manner?or given a discount for the inconvenience?

State inspection and balance one wheel $104. Called on Tuesday for a Saturday appointment and they got me in on Thursday when others in the area were two weeks out minimum. Dropped off the night before and it was done by noon. I think $30 to balance a wheel that was already removed to do the inspection is expensive but for the quick turnaround I’ll take it. Can’t complain and the service was great!
