Just after my check engine light turned on, the temperature gauge on my car was stuck at "C" and didn't idle smoothly. I'm new to the Plum area and I was only familiar with the repair shops along 286. I called Plum Automotive Service Center first, but they were booked for 2 weeks. So, they recommended Center Star Auto. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, plus they were available immediately. My car was dropped off on Wednesday and was ready on Friday morning. I liked how they gave us a folder with vehicle system report and a detailed invoice. Both were easy to understand. As far as cost; between the diagnostics, parts, and labor... it seemed reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience with Center Star Auto.

I put a post up about our car needing a quick fix . Our coil needed done which wasn’t a huge thing and they immediately reached out and got us in on the spot and they were not a rip off! Thank you all

This is the absolute best staff around. They were so quick and accommodating for me and my family. Rachel is so friendly and went above and beyond getting me and my 3 little boys a ride home so we didn’t have to sit in their waiting room while our car was being fixed. She even had my car dropped off for me for our convenience. The mechanic who drove us and dropped our car off couldn’t have been nicer. He even helped me get my car seats into my house. We will absolutely be loyal customers to Center Star from here on out! Thank you for all that you do!
