Went in to get brakes fixed. Rich called and said spring broke along with shock. Said was fixed but wasn't. Said drive for a little and it would settle in. Didn't. Took it back because he would fix it. Sat there a few weeks then he denied he didn't do anything wrong. Cost me about 1400.00 for brakes and I bought all parts myself! I have had other major problems with him and should have quit going there but didn't think he would mess up brakes. He also refused to give receipts because he doesn't give them if you pay cash which I always did!
