After several visits, with a check engine light we still have the same problem. They have charged me for a LOT of new parts that I am guessing that I did not need. I will edit this review if/when this gets resolved in a fair manner.
View on GooglePurchased 4 new tires, alignment, and inspection. Prices were good, tires were on sale, but at the last minute as I was checking out a 3% credit card fee was added which ended up being $30. It was never mentioned and was not on the invoice, I had to inquire why the charged amount was different. I don’t like these fees and this felt sneaky. I would have used a check if I had known. Service was great otherwise, all good interactions with staff.
View on GoogleI recently had my 2024 Traverse's first service at Videon Chevrolet and it was a great experience. Scheduling online was easy; the intake was fast and went smoothly; the service itself (oil change & tire rotation) didn't take too long at all - even if it had, the waiting room was nice, clean, and had a well-stocked refreshment area. I will for sure be going to Videon anytime my vehicle needs service from now on!

I had an emergency with my tire, and was on my spare and he took the time to squeeze me in the very next day, check my tire throughly, and even repaired it and put it back on the vehicle within a few hours after dropping it off. He was very kind and had my best interest in mind. 100% recommend this dealership and will never switch!

Matt made sure to stay in communication until the order was accepted by GM. I have been servicing my GM vehicles for a long time at Videon. This was my first chance to purchase a Chevrolet from them. I had previously bought GMC, but I looked forward to one day buying a car from this dealer and everything worked out the best it could be.
