We ended up at United Tire & Service of Phoenixville on the recommendation of a friend after our car broke down while we were out of town and far from home. From the moment we arrived, Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us. Despite having a full shop and several other cars coming in around the same time, they fit us in and worked hard to diagnose the issue and get us safely back on the road. The service was honest, hardworking, and truly trustworthy — something that feels increasingly rare. The work was high quality, the pricing was fair, and we never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. I don’t often write Google reviews, but Mike absolutely earned this one. It’s not easy to find this level of care and integrity anymore, and we’re incredibly grateful for the help when we needed it most. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience. The workers were incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. The shop was clean and cozy, and the pricing was very fair. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers—highly recommend!

I used Phoenixville United Tire & Service due to positive reviews but my experience couldn’t have been further from 5 stars. I had new tires put on my original wheels and an alignment. Everything seemed fine, drove it a few miles (less than 10) within a 24 hour period. The next day I am leaving the apartment MY ENTIRE DRIVERS SIDE REAR WHEEL FLYS OFF MY TRUCK and I skid to a 20ft halt. My truck is sitting on the ground on 3 wheels. Embarrassing. A man leaving the same complex saw what happened and helped me FIND the lug nuts scattered around the parking lot as well as fetch a jack from his house to put my wheel back on which was 50 feet away from my truck in some woods. The next day I called United and spoke to them about the issue. They picked my truck up because I definitely wasn’t going to drive it due to safety concerns. They OPENLY stated they used the wrong lug nuts to put my wheel on and explained how lucky I was that I went as far as I did without any issues. They told me they put the correct lug nuts on and I should come pick it up. When I asked about any damage underneath they “weren’t sure but IF I WANTED they would put the truck back on the lift and check”???? Ultimately there was damage underneath, not surprised. Overall, they took blame for the possibility of putting my life as well as others in danger which was the least they could do. If you want to turn your vehicle from a 4 wheel to a 3 wheeler and have the potential to harm yourself and others in the process UNITED TIRE & SERVICE is the perfect place to bring it. 0 out of 5 stars if I could - See pictures for details. I’ve been taking my cars here for years. Everyone I come in contact with is truly wonderful. They are fair, efficient, honest and reliable. I’ve honestly never met a more helpful and genuinely pleasant group of people before. After many years of accumulating horror stories by going to other repair shops, receiving poor quality service and being told my car needs things it doesn’t, I’m so glad I found United Tire. I know my car is being properly looked after and I’m not at all being taken advantage of here. They are all great guys but Mike is especially personable and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Having a trustworthy mechanic is so important so if you’ve never been here, give them a try! I recommend them to everyone cause I’ll never go anywhere else for my car needs!!
