I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I have been a loyal customer for 8 years now and will never go to another garage!!!! Donna is quite literally the most amazing human being and I can’t thank her and everyone else there for everything they have done for me over the years. Always going above and beyond and not looking to rob you of money like a lot of other mechanics. I don’t think I’ve ever trusted a business as much as this one!

View on GoogleJoe is my hero!! He successfully diagnosed my crank/no start on the first try and he was able to get me back on the road. I am very happy with the level of trust I was able to feel with this shop. The prices were fair and he even gave me a ride back to my place since I lived close by. I am very happy about my geo metro being back on the road. All of the other shops around me didn’t want to help because they said my car was too old, and it ended up being something very simple so Joe will get my money any time I need a repair in this area from now on! He was willing to help me out despite my car’s age which shows a high level of confidence and willingness in his abilities. He also went out of his way to clean the throttle body with no extra charge and adjust things that needed adjustments to help my car run smoother. I highly recommend you take your car here if you need a diagnosis or any other kind of car service Thank you again Joe!

The most helpful time was when Joe looked at my car for several hours to try and diagnose an issue that would cost me a couple thousand dollars. Ott’s was very kind about the process and tried to give me the best advice possible without breaking my wallet. I appreciate the humanity! Highly recommend.
