View on GoogleI popped into Ott's last week (first time customer) to get some lose trim around the bumper of my Highlander and a loose wheel arch trim taken care of (long story but it was something the dealership should have attended to in a gently used car). Donna took a look at it, and an hour later emailed a reasonable estimate. Work was completed quickly and professionally as scheduled. Friendly and honest service. Great body shop.

You'll quickly get a pretty accurate estimate, easily schedule a time in the near future, and get a free ride home if you live nearby. The work is first rate and you'll get a full explanation of what's going on with your car and why, and what kind of follow-ups to expect. I wish every business were so great! I will take all my cars to Ott's for everything as long as I live in the area.
