Took my car here for what needed a tune up because I had a few misfires & I needed a new steering wheel pump. Tyler had cleared the code which “stopped” it from misfiring. I had also gotten a new tire & an alignment done because they called me to tell me a few other things needed to be done, I said please fix everything. I paid $535 for the tire, alignment & a power steering pump. What my car originally went in for (the misfires) were not fixed & I was told that my car was not misfiring for them there. However, when I went to go pick up my car when it was done, my car would not start at all & when I went to go back in to let one of the guys know, he looked at me like I had 3 heads lol. Granted all i needed was my battery charged but my battery was fine before going here. I never once had an issue with my car starting. I was told “it’s because of the cold weather” lol. Long story short, this place robs you & wants $200+ some off rip before even lifting your hood. My car is still having misfires but I will not be going back here.

Ken's is now officially my #1 auto shop! I brought my car into a dealership for a recall notice, and the dealership said I needed $3000 worth of repairs to my car. I decided to call Ken's for a second opinion and they said they'd take a look. Ken's quickly fit me into their schedule, and after an inspection, told me ONLY the repairs that were necessary (which was NOT all $3000 worth as the dealership said - not even close). I highly trust them and admire their honesty as I am not a car aficionado by any means. Afterwards, my friend decided to use them for a second opinion on a car repair (the first quote was from another shop in town), and Ken's quoted them much less than the first shop. They are friendly, quick and from what I can tell, do great work!!

Searched for nearest mechanic, drove to Kens Automotive. They have a key dropbox, very convenient. Dropped the key and left the car in their parking lot. Next day they repaired my car and sent me a invoice by text. I paid online and picked up the car after work. This is very convenient for full time working professionals like me. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
