Can’t recommend this shop enough. Heard an unsettling sound in my car and took it to C&J. Within a few hours, they diagnosed the issue and had my car back to me the very next day. I especially can’t speak highly enough about their manager, Britany, who was beyond accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Excellent service from C&J Auto. A welcomed experience compared to shops I've dealt with in the past. They were thorough and up front with everything. Brittany communicated throughout the time they had my car in the shop with updates and timelines. They even gave me a loaner car to use while they were doing the work on my car, which was much appreciated as someone with only one vehicle and no other options other than rentals to get back and forth to work while my car was down. Id recommend to anyone.
