Main Line Transmission

Single star — would not recommend. They did an okay job replacing my transmission, but the bigger issue is what happened around it. My car had several other problems that I wasn’t aware of, and when I later took it for inspection, it failed. As a customer, I was expecting some honest guidance from a professional — especially if the car wasn’t worth investing in. Instead, I ended up spending $5,000 on a transmission replacement that, in hindsight, may not have been the right decision. To make matters worse, when I brought the car back because of an issue after the transmission work, I was charged another $250 just to have it looked at again. Overall, this felt like a very expensive lesson. I would have appreciated transparency and better advice rather than being encouraged to proceed with costly repairs.

Took my Suburban in bc I felt the transmission slipping. Mike was very straightforward and explained that they needed to check the trans before suggesting how to proceed. As it turned out I did need a rebuild. Mike called the next day and let me know it was finished. It's been 3 days since and everything feels right. Mike did recommend that I come back in 3 weeks for a check up and you can believe that I will. So far I give high grades and will repost after the 3 we week check up.

Transmission died 100 miles from home. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. Gave us options to consider. Honest prices. Car was ready before the promised day. I hope that I don't need to use him again but will definitely recommend him.

My two digit iq self 'skidded' onto a divider hump with a pole sticking out from the ground and sheared the transmission cable housing off my 2002 honda and wasn't able to properly shift into gears. I was told that i needed a whole new transmission by one of my fellows and was offered to have my car to get a new one by couple of people. Search on google and saw mainline. I called them up and was greeted kindly, explained what happened, sent my car there and was told that i only needed a new cover housing and gave me the part number to order. Got the part, they took care of it, car drives like how i got it. They couldve easily ripped me off, but they didn't. Thank you mainline.

We had a wonderful experience using Main Line Transportation. My son 2017 Ford Mustang had a major transmission failure. After speaking to the Service Manager, Brian in his office for about 30 minutes, he explained everything to me and gave me his honest opinion and gave me three options. He was very knowledgeable, and the customer service was excellent. They treated us like family every step of the way. I recommend if you have any transmission problems.
