This shop takes the extra step for the customer every time. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do for there customers. They do great work at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this garage.
View on GoogleOn Saturday 2/21/26 I was visiting a relative in PA from Long Island NY and my vehicle engine malfunction light went on which put the vehicle into limp mode and I wasn't able to go above 45 mph or up hills. Nearly stranded with every shop I looked for closed, I came across Urbans Automotive. I made it to the shop 15 minutes before closing and explained the situation. They stayed open past closing and worked on my car, fixing the problem and preventing what could have turned into a catastrophe. I am so grateful that I came across this shop. Their kindness, honesty and hard work in getting me back on the road even though it kept them at the shop well past closing was one of a kind. They were honest and their price was very modest compared to the quality and care they put into their craft. Thank you so much!! you got me and my kids back to Long Island NY safely.
View on GoogleI stopped by in dire need of a state inspection before heading back home the next day, which was 3 and a half hours away in Fayette County. I had recently moved to PA from GA and forgot to get an inspection before driving all the way up here for work training. It was the very end of the day and every other place I stopped at wouldn't inspect my car that late in the day, but Urbans automotive went out of there way to help me, and I am so appreciative!!!!!! Wish I could give more than five stars!!!
View on GoogleThe business charged me $160 for misdiagnosing my battery as needing to be replaced, replacing it, realizing the error, removing it and putting in my old battery. When I asked the owner why I was responsible for the costs related to the misdiagnosis, he could not provide a direct answer and still charged me $160.

Not only was James able to help, he was super careful of my new wheel and very thorough with the checking and re-installation of the tire. Awesome service! Update: the tire is still holding air almost a week later. Thanks James!
