Had my old SUV brought in after it started making a rattling noise under the hood. Turns out a heat shield had come loose and they fixed it within a few hours. The technician showed me exactly where the problem was and didn’t make it feel like I was being talked down to. They also gave a quick inspection report, pointing out things I should watch in the next few months. Pickup was easy, paperwork straightforward, and the car feels quieter now on rough roads.

Was having issues with my battery and battery terminal. I was recommended here by AAA roadside. I brought my car in and the gentleman at the front desk took time out of his day to help me on the fly and get me back on the road. I truly appreciate the gesture and professionalism.

Great service! I was able to avoid a $700+ dealership "repair" just to replace my front splash shield which had cracked. I bought a new splash shield online and the guys over here at North Wales helped me out a lot by installing it for me for a very affordable price! Definitely recommend

Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been taking my car there for a few years. I feel that my car is getting good care, and that they are honest and not trying to gouge me by doing unnecessary things or charging too much. They answer my questions and give me good advice for maintaining my car. Update: Six years after I wrote that review, I still rate this place as excellent. Recently, my car developed an issue that could have meant a costly repair. When I got it evaluated by North Wales Service Center, they found the problem and made an adjustment that fixed it, instead of getting the car part replaced. I appreciate their knowledge and honesty.
