Bob is one of the last honest and fair guys in town. Started taking my Jeeps there years ago because I worked right down the back alley from his shop. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The guy literally saved me $15,000 after Jim shorkey lied to me and told me the transmission in my Jeep was shot (right after the warranty expired of course) They said it was filled with metal flakes and burnt fluid. Turns out the dealer was lying and it was just a bad valve body, cost me a fraction of the dealers price at Stan's and the Jeep has never ran better. I'm a mechanic myself and like most mechanics I don't like working on my own car. So anything I don't feel like doing I take to Bob and he always gives me a fair price, even when I bring my own parts and raise his blood pressure with odd requests. Thanks Bob!! 👍👍

Stans transmissions have really impressed me, I have done my own work for years. I have only on two occasions in my life had mechanics work on my vehicle. I've experienced Phenomenal workmanship my transmission works perfectly. The only reason I didn't rate stans a 5 ,is because Bob gets mad easily and talks to the customers like there garbage , and on the 2 occasions they've had my vehicle when I got it back I noticed body damage the first time was a very light pressure dent mid rear passenger door, and the second time I have scratches on my hood near the windshield like someone sat somthing there and scraped it ,its really noticeable . I didnt complain or mention it because bob did do me a solid favor ,but I am pissed about it.
View on GoogleI took my 2019 truck with 43000 miles to get transmission flushed. The next day my transmission broke. I took it to the dealership they said transmission was probably overfilled and it caused to much pressure and it blew out. I had to get a new transmission. I will not go back ever. I recommend if you want your vehicle worked on...go somewhere else.
View on GoogleAfter Rocky start to my repair and having some issues with work quality. I spoke with bob the owner. He corrected all my concerns and continued to go above and beyond. His customer service and gratitude is amazing and I’m glad there are still people like him around that want things done right the first time and wants returning customers. This was one of the few times I trusted and one of the few shops I trust to work on my car and not get ripped off. Amazing
View on GoogleI have a 2003 Mercedes c240 hatchback that needed the cats replaced. Other exhaust shops didn’t wanna touch it bc of how intensive the job is. Stan’s took it in no problem. It runs like a top now. They did great work. Pricing was honest and fair.
