Reynolds Hondamotive

I have had 3 Acura vehicles over the past 16 years and have always used Acura and Honda dealerships all over the country due to being military. Went to two here in Pittsburgh and have had subpar experiences in comparison to what I'm used to. I was referred to Reynolds via a Facebook forum I am in and let me tell you, I don't want anyone else touching my car from here on out. The shop is very clean and I had a professional experience from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and honest. The dealership had all of these expensive repairs that "needed to be done" and he was able to show and tell me otherwise and fixed the things that needed to be fixed at a very reasonable price. It's also a block from Dunkin Donuts in a nice area so I was able to grab a drink and a breakfast sandwhich while I waited. He's also fast and gets you in at your appointment time if you have one. I HIGHLY recommend Reynolds.

As a first-time Honda owner and first-time customer at Reynolds Hondamotive, I'm very pleased with the recent maintenance service done on my Pilot. Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional, and keeps his shop meticulous. I feel confident that I have found a great mechanic to keep my Honda maintained and running well at a fair and reasonable cost. Top-notch, highly recommend!!

A critter chewed through the electrical wire to my steering harness. I was referred for service to the Honda dealer who told me it would cost $190 just to look at it, and that was on top of the estimated $600+ to fix the wire or $$$$ to replace the harness. I found Reynolds Hondamotive on a search. He let me bring the car in right away. The shop is clean, Mike is nice and professional and he did the repair for less than the diagnostic the dealership would have charged. He then thoroughly checked my car and suggested without any pressure some maintenance items that were overdue. I was happy to give him more business and get my car up to date. When it was picked up I found that in addition to the requested work he also cleaned my engine! If you have a Honda, bring it here, even if it's a drive (it was for us-well worth it!). Mike is a skilled mechanic with integrity and pride in his work. My highest recommendation!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! This is a long review, so buckle up! My 2011 Honda Odyssey was in BIG TOUBLE. I paid a different mechanic over $1k to fix my alternator and a few other things...needless to say after that mechanic ( I wont throw him under the bus) did the " work" ,my car ran loud afterwards. I asked chatgpt to help me locate someone who could help with the new noise and blinking check engine light that the previous mechanic didn't handle. Chatgpt recommended 3 mechanics but I went with Mike because he's a Honda mechanic. Let me tell you, from the time I called and spoke with the WONDERFUL secretary to the time of my appointment, it was all PHENOMENAL. Mike was able to check my car later the same day! ( I'm a new client so I was shocked by that! ) Then when I arrived, I was greeted with a HUGE, WARM smiling mechanic ( Mike). Who does that??? Mike educated me on EVERYTHING that was wrong with my car, including mistakes he found from previous work. We showed me the difference between healthy and sick car parts! He even educated me on my specific model's needs and things I should maintain. Who does that!??? As a woman, that means sooo much to me because trust is vital! He has all his own parts in house, and does CLEAN , THOUROUGH WORK. I honestly didn't expect such an amazing experience and the price was outstanding. This man KNOWS his stuff and I will never go anywhere else. Clean shop, great hospitality, sweet spirited....not all that cussing and barbarian behavior you get at some of these other places around here. I feel safe with Mike! Praise God! Finally an honest, smart, kind mechanic who won't let you leave with a death trap of a vehicle! He repaired my belt, gave me a full tune up, an oil change and a free " Honda Odyssey class" all in one day! Yall better check him out, he's the real deal! Thank God!!!!

Mike is the friendliest and most honest and reasonable mechanic I have met. Took my Acura there for a variety of services. He was quick, reasonable and so meticulous with everything he did. I will be taking all my cars to him for future service needs.
