I have all of my automobiles serviced at Marconi's. I trust Marconi with my life. I travel much to different states and Dave makes sure that all of my vehicles are road worthy and safe. I would recommend his service to each and everyone who needs their automobile's mechanically serviced for dependability, and safety.
View on GoogleI couldn’t recommend dealing with this shop unless you want to be lied to, scammed, and disrespected. A while back, I spoke to someone about getting a motor replaced. They very quickly looked into finding me a replacement. Now, I know the parts interchange site everyone uses. I was given the very first listing on that site as my only option, with an exuberant markup on the cost as well as sly connotations that the price does not include labor, fluids, plugs/coils, etc. that would go into a project such as that. Just a simple markup for the motor only. Those motors come pre-warrantied from the sellers, there would be no reason this mechanic had to tack onto it. I asked about another motor on the parts interchange site they use, because it had considerably lower miles, and was actually a better price. I was given back nothing but rude remarks. They defensively acted as if they had no idea where I was getting that information, and that they didn’t have interest in trying to negotiate with me. I explained that it wasn’t entirely about price but that I’d wanted something that might be more quality and last a little longer. The response was simply “whatever man it’s your vehicle I don’t care.” Unprofessional and unwilling to work with customers on stuff like this. The only thing notably expressed to me was markup and slick ways to keep stacking the bill. And your persistence to markup wasn’t even what drove me away. It was the fact that when I questioned getting a better quality part, you felt offended and basically turned the project down. It’s been a while since this interaction and I’ve been hesitant to leave a review because of such a one off conversation, but I’ve only been seeing and hearing bad things as of recent, and my experience was memorable enough that I felt it necessary for this shop to get the recognition it deserves. View on GoogleDid not install bushings correctly Had to have it redone. New brake lines leaked took back to fix again second time said it was fixed but still leaking. Said the problem was the parts. Brand new. Bought the brakes likes were he bought the parts for his truck. Don't have family help u out. Unless you want screwed over. Thanks cuz !!!!👋
