I have a 2012 GMC Acadia that needed a motor replacement because it was going bad. Rich called me and talked to and was honest on what his thoughts were and I decided to move forwarded with the replacement. He kept me in the loop the entire process and let me know what his suggestion were and asked me what I wanted to do regarding everything part that needed to be replaced and kept me updated on the cost of the parts to make sure it was within my budget. He didnt rush me. Rich and Maria gave updates weekly to let me know how Jimmy the mechanic was doing. Needless to say I am beyond happy with the work. Rich, Maria and Jimmy are a phenomenal team and I will recommend this shop everytime I get. You dont always get the family feel from a repair shop, but they certainly made me feel welcomed and made me feel like family and would not let me leave until I knew everything and what to expect. They truly care about their customers and the work they do. I found my mechanic shop for as long as they are in business. Best Repair shop. Thank you again to the Rich's Repair Shop Team they now have a customer forever even if I move i will make sure I come back wherever I am. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. And women friendly. They will not take advantage of you because you are a women like other shops do from past experiences. You will not regret it.

Honest mechanic that truly cares for their customers. Gives you a look ahead to potential future maintenance and work is done in a timely manner. I have been taking a vehicle there for a couple years and Rich helps give options when repairs are needing to be made for the safe operation of a vehicle with 150+ thousand miles. Reliability is worth the fair pricing.

I initially called to inquire about work done on my vehicle, and the receptionist informed me that the shop would follow up with details. A week passed without any communication, so I stopped by the shop to check in. When I arrived, the receptionist, who had short dark hair, was quite unhelpful and seemed irritated by my presence, as though I was inconveniencing her. When I expressed my concern over the delay in receiving an update, she responded dismissively, saying they would call when they had information. While I understand the shop may be busy, her attitude was unprofessional, especially considering the high cost of the services I was considering. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I have decided not to proceed with having any work done here. The receptionist could benefit from training in customer service.
