Montco Auto Repair and Towing

I was so excited to get my windows tinted. They came by recommendation. I called and he said come down he had a few cancellations. We get there at 1:30. I just bought a car less than 24 hrs ago. I wanted my entire car tinted out. I wanted 5% on my windows and 15% on my windshield and back window but the guy insisted 15% it would be dark enough all around. He said he should be done in like an hour and a half. It’s January 23rd my son’s birthday so we should be in and out… So I came back and they were still working on the front window and back windows so we waited like another hour and a half to finish. No big deal. We made small talk and it was interesting to seen them apply the tint. After it was done He said it’s going to take like a day to dry and I should be good to go. The weather is like 7 degrees so it’s really cold. Anyhow I get to the car at 5:30pm and I noticed some scratches of my leather seat. Lil small noticeable scratches like they must of had a razor in their back pocket. So I go back in to bring it to their attention. I know small things can happen but I literally just bought the car yesterday. The owner said he be right back to fix the problem. So I’m waiting like another 20mins for him to come back. I go back inside like did you forget I’m out here, he like ohhhh my bad. He gets the other guy to come to the car and spray something on my seats and wipes it in to appease me and I go. It’s now 5:45pm Later that night as I’m driving my entire windshield is covered with bubbles! Looked out my back window same thing. I called the next day and left a message. I texted the owner and sent pictures, no response. So I pull up around 4:30pm and show the owner what’s happening. He SEEEEESSSS the bubbles and assures me that the water wasn’t dry and it’s going to take a couple of days for it to settle. I’m like nah that’s now how this works. Then He starts yelling he’s been doing this for 7 years and gets customers everywhere. I’m like listen I didn’t come here to argue or anything, I just want you to fix the tint. By then he starts ripping all my tint off all my windows and said that I’ve been trouble since I came and I blamed them for the rips in my leather seats 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m like I just wanted to resolve the problem with the tint. He gave me my money back and just walked away… I totally wasn’t expecting to get cursed out considering I was willing to continue business but the way I was talked to with no consideration and professionalism, I will never recommend this business to anyone. I am disappointed, dissatisfied, and completely in shock by how he was talking to me. He didn’t take no accountability for anything. I didn’t raise my voice or anything. Shoot I was just coming from a church fellowship. He lucky I’ve change 😂😳

I dropped my car off to get it tinted as we agreed upon, and he assured me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. After 2 hours and eight unanswered phone calls from my end, I decided to come back to check what was going on. To my surprise, I found my car in the same state I left it in, un-tinted. He pitched me the excuse that "he ran out of that tint" and that "his secretary should have called me". I never got a call from him or his supposed "secretary". Also never got an apology, and I'm pretty sure he used my car to run his own errands based on the tracker I had on my keys. He severely lacks the professionalism and courtesy when dealing with people. For that, I could never recommend coming here, no matter how cheap he says he can do it.

These guys took there time No rush nothing sloppy I’m completely satisfied My Alfa Romeo Definitely is claiming the BatMobile Thank you I believe the guys name is IVAN That’s the guy

Called for tint and made an appointment same day, they did a great job and gave me a fair price. Would absolutely go back in the future!

Well I cameback to this shop cause they did a good job on the othere vehicle that I had bring. I came back and they tint my car and all I got is all bubbles. The owner keep on insisting that it's because of the heat. It's not the heat there's some creases on the tint and they did not clean the glass before they installed the film. I cameback for a repair cause I got told there is a warranty on he's job all I got when a came back is a run around need less to say hes not honoring he's craftsmanship. Be ware of this shop. Yes you get what you paid for. Now it would cost me more to remove and retint the window. Very very bad experience.
