Exhaust was leaking and stealership quoted an insane amount to replace the entire system. Went to Rick and he did it for a reasonable amount, granted he only replaced the flex pipe. Are they the cheapest around? Probably not, but who cares when the work they do is top notch.
View on GoogleI got an emissions and state inspection done here, and it was a great experience! I don't have the ability to drop off the car, so they told me to get there right when they open at 8. I did, and I was on my way home by 8:45. The whole process was $116. I thought that both the guy handling service calls and the mechanic were personable and kind. I would gladly come back!
View on Google5 Stars! Second time using KAR Automotive. Rick and his team did an exceptional job from their customer service to the final product. Brought my car in at 10AM to be looked at on the lift for exhaust work and Rick let me know what we could do to accomplish my goal. Let them know I'd be heading out of town in the following 2 days and they were able to get me in that day and do exactly as I wanted! Bravo. Don't take your car anywhere else for exhaust work or anything else they offer. My exhaust looks 100x cleaner than the work I had done on it before.
View on GoogleI am bringing in my car for exhaust work due to it having 2 huge holes rusted badly in the exhaust pipe these guys who work here are so amazing and welcoming i got quoted a great price for this job and will be bringing my car in for it to get repaired here I been having his contact card for months now due to me ending up liking the sound but now that winter is approaching this needs to be fixed! Thank you so much for your amazing treatment I will come back to review the work after it's done which im sure will be amazing !
