I had rodent damage on my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, the chewed wires (near lower driver front bumper) caused headlight malfunction, and harness by passenger strut tower has been chewed which cause pre-collision malfunction. The gentleman Cuong Nguyen hand draws a map and explains what’s going on and helps me splice / repair the damaged wires with a very reasonable price (1% of Conicelli Toyota quote). Will come back again for sure.
View on GoogleI made an oil change appointment and told them I’m waiting, they said ok. After an hour and 45 minutes waiting I asked when will my car be done. They tell me 5pm!! My appointment was at noon! He didn’t care about wasting two hours of my time. He states, “I had other customers.” Then what is the point of an appointment??!! HUGE Disappointment with this service. Not once did he try to rectify or apologize.
View on GoogleIt's difficult and maybe frustrating to find a car place that is women friendly but this is such a nice place. They are not buying those fake nice reviews nor profiling their clients, iykwim. Everything is straightforward, honest and as transparent as it can be, and should be. Ken/ Cuong and his team take care of the cars as soon as they can, reach out with a quote and confirmation before they do the work. Appointment and working time is friendly and reasonable. The diversity of their clients also show they're reliable. Highly recommended to check them out. As long they value integrity as is, they'll have my support. Please keep up the good work. Plus the new office is really nice - clean and spacious, if you want to wait for your car there.

Had a flat and went to every shop along main at all the way up to Firestone, no one could help. I came here and they were so nice and had me in annd out within 30 minutes. So reasonable with pricing and so nice. Thank you so much!!!
View on GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience. I took my car in for A/C repair and brake adjustment after being quoted around $150 for A/C and $270 for brake. Once they already had my car, the price suddenly increased to $235 with no proper explanation. Then they called asking if I wanted a state inspection because it was expiring soon. I clearly told them NOT to do the state inspection yet, but they ignored my instructions, completed it anyway, and charged me for it. Later, when I returned to complete the emissions inspection and get the stickers, they claimed I had to do the safety inspection again. On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to “keep quiet.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ZERO STAR.
