This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Jeff was great! There was no pushing or pressure. We only spent about an Hour and a half for total time of purchase from start to finish. The experience was great and we love our beautiful car!

If I could give Jeff more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My family came in needing a car just weeks before I’m due to have our second baby. We arrived with our 3-year-old and a lot of stress, unsure of how everything was going to work out. From the moment we walked in, Jeff treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. While my boyfriend and I handled the paperwork, Jeff made sure our daughter was comfortable by putting cartoons on for her, talking with her, and making sure she had snacks and water. It allowed us to focus on what we needed to do without worrying about keeping our toddler entertained. At one point, I was visibly overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. Jeff noticed and simply told me, “Don’t worry. I’m going to make sure you leave with a car today.” Those words meant more than he probably knows. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed. Even when challenges came up, he stayed positive and worked hard to help us find a solution. He truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful day feel manageable. What stood out the most wasn’t just his professionalism—it was the way he genuinely cared about our family. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jeff reminded us that there are still people who lead with kindness and compassion. Jeremy and Jeff made our experience purchasing our Dodge Grand Caravan the easiest and most pain free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Absolutely NO awkward and unwanted pressure tactics. Jen drove us to the Notary Public so we could do the paperwork. We came back a week later so they could install the radio amplifier, and that went fine.
