Very honest, fair pricing and great service! I had a appointment for an oil change and told them I thought I needed brakes, they told me my brakes were about half way and I didn’t need them yet and to come back in September to get those done, I was so appreciative they didn’t just do my brakes to make more money. They are always honest and trustworthy and that’s why I will continue to bring my car here for repairs! They are always nice and helpful as well!

It seems that common courtesy and basic decency are increasingly hard to come by. I'm not from this state, a fact I clearly communicated to the mechanic. I also wrote my out-of-state phone number on the envelope containing my keys, which I dropped in the designated mail slot—following their only instruction: “Leave your car here Thursday night and we’ll take care of it Friday.” That was straightforward, so I followed the instructions. However, no one contacted me until I reached out at 11:30 AM on Friday. At that point, I was told that my insurance cards were outdated. Even after explaining there was a network error preventing me from printing or sending updated documents—and offering to have my insurance company call them directly—they refused to proceed. To make matters worse, I was informed they were closing early at 2:30 PM, something I was never told in advance. This left me scrambling to walk to the shop in the heat to retrieve my keys before the weekend. Frankly, I’m at a loss as to why this place comes so highly recommended.

While they seem to know what they're doing and are confident, they did a few things that definitely will keep us from returning. We provided all the parts we were sure we needed, and they were kind enough to not use the control arms for the back because they were still good. They informed us upon pickup that we needed a new rear left hub and both front upper control arms instead. $800 and 3 weeks of her sitting outside before they even touched her, they overfilled our 35 psi tires to 38-47 psi and did not put the valve caps on at all. We could only find 2 of them in the car itself, had to get new ones. They also sheared a bolt of the rear left hub, which is why we need a new one now. We kept getting a code for the newly replaced hub that they did on our rear right, turned out that the abs line from the car itself was cut and they didn't attempt to fix it or try to connect the abs sensor from the new hub to it. Overall dissatisfied because they were recommended to is by a worker at autozone and they weren't as professional and "good" as she claimed.

They are amazing. When my brake line fell off my jeep and I managed to get it there safely Nick came right out to help me. They are quick , prices are great and they're really nice. If you need something that will take 5 minutes he won't make you wait 2 days while he finishes some big job. He will take care of you and get you on your way.
