I have been going to Powell’s Service Center for years and have always been very happy. Bill is always honest about what is wrong and the cost to repair it. He also puts the time in to locate the parts at the best price available! I highly recommend him!

We needed a lot of work done last year and he worked with us on getting it done little by little. This year we didn't need anything extra done. It was quick and easy. Super friendly and excellent service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
View on GoogleThese guys are great. Found them from a Google search to get an inspection done on a ‘83 cougar. We just bought the car so we figured there would be some stuff wrong with her. The two people we dealt with were thorough, informative, showed us exactly what was wrong, gave us tips for cheap and effective fixes. Honest, not trying to rip you off, thorough enough to save your life, and kind enough not to scalp you in costs. Best overall experience I’ve ever had with a garage.
View on GoogleThese guys do awesome work. We have had work done on all of our vehicle by Powell's and they get the job done right the first time with reasonable labor rates. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need and simply throw parts at a problem; instead, they correctly diagnose it and only fix what is broken. They also give you an accurate time-frame of how long the repair will take which is usually very fast. I have been to other places that will store your car in their lot for days before even looking at it. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a good one!
View on GoogleGot my car inspected here this July (because they did a great job last year) and they gave it back saying it passed and nothing needed repair. I am beyond shocked. Normally, other places would find something so simple, like my windshield wiper needs replaced (even though I've just replaced it with a new pair), before they can pass it, or they'd give me my car back and a lug nut, or a few things would be missing. Not at Powell's! Bill was so kind and professional, I'd trust all my car repairs with him! Try them! You will not be disappointed! Oh, and to top it off, I even received a post card from them, thanking me for choosing service from them, and to call if I'm not satisfied. Now THAT is great customer service! Thanks Powell's! :)!
