Told them something was wrong with my Durango asked them to check the engine due to the noise on 2 different visits within a couple months time, both while my vehicle was still under warranty. They claimed it was minor fixes in other areas of the vehicle both times, not hearing me when it came to the engine. my warranty was up 20 days ago and when I tell you my engine sounds horrible, I know the vehicle I just paid 14k for is about to go. Thanks Mike for fixing the problem I SPECIFICALLY ASKED YOU TO FIX, WHILE I COULD. You guys screwed me over good claiming no codes popped up, well as a regular person I didn't need a code to tell me something was wrong with the engine. I insisted even, that the issue was noticeable. BUT NO, A MASTER MECHANIC KNOWS BETTER RIGHT?! 😢 IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. WE JUST HAD A BABY AND CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO AFFORD A NEW VEHICLE AGAIN!!! TOOK MY MONEY AND STRAIGHT UP REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM I ASKED YOU TO FIX!!!!!!!! WORTHLESS.

Even with the most complicated repairs they are up for the task. Work right down the street and we were so happy with the service now our entire family uses them for all our car needs.
View on GoogleMike failed my vehicle for 2 minor things. I went home fixed the issues scheduled an appointment to take it back for him to look at it, he charged me for a full inspection which he didn't do, and when I questioned him about charging me again to just confirm i did the work he got pissy with me. 2 months prior my other vehicle failed for 1 minor thing, i paid for the failed inspection, but I also fixed it took it back he looked at it put a sticker (at no charge) on it and I was on my way. Why set a president then double back on it? I definitely will not be taking any of my vehicles or trailers here if he's going to over charge or double charge.
