People getting over charged with bs charges and tools and parts mysteriously disappearing (knowingly in the car at time of being towed) when said individuals are already suffering over a car wreck and whatnot. Losing money from pretty much every source in life over their situation........idk anybody personally that would do that...

View on GoogleThe lady at the front desk is nice and helpful. That said….the charges for towing are unscrupulous, abhorrent, and unethical. If they act so despicably and crooked in one aspect, it seems logical to suspect they are willing to screw you for their other services. I’d stay away from this business if you can help it.
View on GoogleThis place is a total JOKE! My girlfriends son took his vehicle here for some work, and they totally screwed him out of $780.00 dollars. The vehicle was misfiring, and not going over 10 mph when in gear. They insisted on performing an $80 dollar oil change, which makes NO SENSE for the symptoms. They also changed 1 coil, 5 coil boots and replaced all 6 spark plugs with garbage plugs. All of that, plus the labor came out to around $780.00. The vehicle left their lot doing all of the exact same things that it was doing when he dropped it off. We called them and asked why the vehicle was still screwed up and they gave us a bunch of BS reasons. I see that this place has a good amount of 4+ star reviews and I dont know why. It must be a bunch of their friends, or people that have money to burn. I wouldn't take a matchbox car here if it needed its wheels put back on. I highly recommend that you avoid this shop, thres plenty of others in the area.
View on GoogleWish I could choose zero stars. Terrible experience. Nissan was throwing a code. Took it there. $800 later and 10 mins down the road it threw the same code. Misfire code and they changed 1 piston (that’s right, just 1)and did a CAT test using only heat guns. On top of that they charged me $85 for an oil change when it was just done 3 weeks prior. Took it back and got a whole new diagnosis because they “looked at it better”. Mike was very rude and wouldn’t do the right thing. Clyde is no doubt turning in his grave. I should have gone to Funfars where you get honest service.
