Took my Volvo v50 t5 in for an alignment after having a lower control arm at another shop. But they didn't do alignments so I made an appointment for the next day a Team one. Whomever owned the car before me did some Fawked up work on my car. Team one spent alot of time trying to figure it out. Rear eccentric bolts were welded into place and the front drivers side tie rods were shot. He tried heating up the adjustable nut. It was shot.But after all this. They gave me a price to replace the bad tie rods. $554. So I asked when they could do the work. Aron said the same day. But had to have them delivered. So I said awesome! Called me later and the tie rods were replaced and they did the alignment. With the cost of the tie rods and alignment. Was $631 with my military discount. I looked it up and just the tie rods were up to $850. The alignment not included. Which would be another $150. I highly recommend Team One. The mechanics were very Cool and walked me thru everything that was Fawked up. Couldn't beat the price. They took care of me and my car. Thanks Team 1.

Had a most amazing experience with Team One Total Car Care! I’m a long way from home and realized midday after a long drive that my back tire was losing air - and dangerously fast. I was in need of quick assistance and genuine care. Took my car to Team One and felt immediate relief. I was warmly greeted by Jason and his pup Buddy before I even entered the office. And then I worked closely with Aaron to explain the issue, pass my keys, and take a seat while Team One assessed my vehicle. Buddy was a fierce companion. The service was swift, kind, and I was on my way in record time to get back to the event for which I traveled. Immense gratitude to Jason, Aaron, and of course Buddy, for a truly special Team One experience.

Took my Yukon denali to them to replace my oil sending unit after getting a quote from meineke for over $400 just for labor since I had the part. They had it back to me within a few hours for less than half the cost. Aaron and the crew there were amazing. Thank you guys!

I needed a new driver-side mirror. The shop installed a cheaper base-model mirror without the blind-spot warning, but charged me for the correct, sensor-equipped version. When I called to ask why the warning light wasn’t working (even though the sound still did), I was told I could “pay the difference” for the right mirror or that it might be a wiring issue. I was agreeable and was told I’d get a call back with an estimate. No one called. I followed up the next morning and was again told I’d get a call in an hour or two. Nothing. After doing some research, I realized I had already paid the full price of the correct mirror, and the one installed didn’t even have the blind-spot icon that all Elantra mirrors with that feature include. I emailed management with my concerns and mentioned I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if needed. The next morning, I received a call. The tone was very aggressive, with raised voices and no apology for the missed calls or the incorrect part. Despite that, the mirror was replaced that afternoon at no charge, and the correct blind-spot system now works properly. To be fair, the job was ultimately done correctly — but only after significant difficulty and an unnecessarily hostile interaction.

Was my first time getting work done on the Jeep and they exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job and were able to pair my tpms sensors as well!
