So, I had a problem with a transmission shortly after Wess Snyder installed it. When I tried to call to discuss the problem like an adult, Wess would play childish games like hanging up on me... So, I went to his shop to again talk about the problem, but all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and "I have no idea what the problem is...maybe it needs reflashed?" I am very busy, so I had to just deal with the problem until I finaly had time to take the van to Emory Transmission in Lemoyne. The Owner immidiatly knew what the problem was, the next day replaced the solenoid assembly for $412 and the problem is 100% fixed! Thank god everyone in the business isn't a Clown like Wess Snyder. ...The fact that he didn't know what the problem was isn't the big issue. The big issue is the guy conducts himself like a 12 year old, deals with problems by trying to avoid them and hoping they will just go away. That's a hell of a way to treat customers and run a business?!!?
