Highland Integrity Alignment

Had a great experience at Highland Tire Integrity Alignment. They got my car fixed up and did the alignment quick. Everything drives straight now and feels way better. Good people, fair prices, and they treated me right. Definitely recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle.

First and foremost let me say, the crew of gentleman @ Highland Integrity Tire in natty heights pa, that work, hustle, grind and make sure all of our families are safe in our vehicles while we navagate this crazy world around us are The Best of The Best!!! Hands down nobody has ever made me and my family feel safer in our vehicles then the pros who own, run, an operate the Highland Tire empire! So as I sit in my vehicle this morning, ready to hit the open roads of pot hole city Pittsburgh pa,🤣 knowing I have nothing to worry about now after the crew who took care of all my suspension an tire issues my vehicle was dealing with really gives me such peace of mind and appreciation in my heart! The man power an intelligence BTS @ 🚙 highland integrity tire 🚗 are just incredible! Its all hands on deck when it deals with getting you in, taking care of your vehicles and making you feel right at home when anxiously waiting on your vehicle worries. When it comes to the men up front like Frankie, Joe,...well damn, worry goes right out the window. Those guys will go over everything with you step by step on all findings, concerns or non-issues that you may have. They don't talk automotive BS at you! Those guys treat you like family..without a thought, without hesitation, like they were driving your vehicles home themselves! Frankie, and Joe take the time you need to feel comfortable with what work may be needed, to insure your understanding and of course your safety. Truly remarkable customer service...and like I said, you're treated like family period. There's not an area on your vehicle they don't inspect, 👀 they don't get under, 👀 rolling their sleeves up, getting their hands dirty, all in a day's work just to make sure when you get in your vehicle....or when we all get in our vehicles, we are safe and sound! Such a great experience. I had an alignment and oil change done here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The employees were very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They really take care of their customers and do quality work. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Another nice thing is at the end of my service while paying as a woman I got a flower.

So I had an absolutely fascinating two experiences here. I was recommended this place by my best friend’s dad, and I went the first time with my Ford Bronco. I was pretty sure something was off- rough ride, loud suspension, didn’t feel like normal. I drive for work. I always know when something is off. I took it here, told them what was going on, told them I was going to San Fransisco that week, and to please check everything they could. I got it back an hour later- they did an alignment, said they inspected the suspension and everything, and it was absolutely fine to take to San Fransisco. FOUR. DAYS. LATER- I’m driving down the highway, and it gets so unspeakably bumpy I pull off the highway and get it taken somewhere else- they tell me I need to entirely replace the suspension, the struts, and the rear drive shaft. HOW was that entirely overlooked? Easy- I’m a blonde young woman- easy target, and they flat out didn’t believe I knew whether anything was wrong with my car. The SECOND experience was even more fun. I have a Mercedes now. I still trust my best friend’s dad, so I tried these guys again. Stupid. It’s handling a little rough, steering is a little loose- I’m nervous it’s happening again on this car. I take it in, they say they take it up on the lift and look at everything, and they bring it back to me and say it’s the bushing and control arm- loose. I say ok- when can that be fixed? They first get me out of the shop, say it’s fine to drive, and then call me the next morning and tell me they can’t find the part ANYWHERE, and they can’t help me at all. So I try the Mercedes dealership- they know things, right? They tell me that they have the part. They tell me they SELL the part to people like these guys. they take my car back, and they tell me NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CONTROL ARM. It just needed an alignment. HOW does an ALIGNMENT SHOP not KNOW THAT? Why do you guys flat out not listen to young women? Do I look so stupid that you think you can lie to me TWICE IN A ROW? Public PSA- LADIES! Don’t go here! Everyone else, trust these people at your own risk. Clearly, they don’t even know the basics, like.. whether or not the suspension is ok. At a suspension shop.

I made a post on Facebook asking about a specific service and needing somewhere affordable. Joe reached out to me and gave me an unbeatable price compared to any other garage or dealership I've looked at. They even got me in the following morning. I also had to take my two toddlers and it was nice to see a table with little toys to keep them occupied. Everyone is so friendly and efficient, and its nice having a place to rely on without feeling taken advantage of as a young female.
