I had no issues with my experience here. I went in for a Tonneau cover for my new truck. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant and expeditious. The price and installation experience was also seamless and communication was excellent.

View on GoogleI rarely write reviews, but my experience at Pro Trucks and Cars was extremely disappointing. We booked an appointment specifically for 35-inch tires on our Jeep after speaking directly with one of the owners, who told us they were running a special on 35s. That is the only reason we chose them. When we went to pick up the Jeep, it was immediately obvious the tires were not 35s. When we asked the front desk staff what size was installed, she became defensive right away and said they were 33s, claiming that’s what she had written down and what we supposedly requested—which is completely false. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she was rude, dismissive, and nasty. She claimed she had called us to confirm the tires before installing them, but we never received a phone call, yet the wrong tires were still put on the vehicle anyway. There was no accountability and no effort to fix their mistake. The lack of communication and the extremely poor customer service—especially from the woman at the front desk—made this an awful experience. I truly don’t understand how this place stays in business. If you’re looking for tires or wheels, I would strongly recommend Total Off-Road in Monroeville instead.

They’re the only company that I will go to. If there’s any ‘issues’ afterwards I’m unhappy with, they take care to fix it within 1 business day or ASAP.
View on GoogleI had truck my in for another issue and the guys noticed a problem with my suspension. Luke and the staff are great to deal with and made fixing my issue easy. While installing the new lift they found some worn parts and contacted me immediately and I had them change those as well. They not only made my 17yr old truck look great it rides like a new one again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Professional,Easy to work with and provide a good service.
